In this class everyone will get hands-on experience making pasta with chef Kelly. She will teach traditional techniques and everyone will get to eat what they make.
About Kelly Taylor:
Chef Kelly Taylor, The Life Chef, has transformed hundreds of home cooks into professional chefs. After spending thousands of hours teaching in the kitchen, she’s discovered that the secrets used to master cooking can be used to master any area of life.
Chef Kelly helped launch The Natural Chef Culinary School at Central Carolina Community College as well as developed the curriculum. Teaching at the Natural Chef Culinary School and the Art Institute’s Culinary School, she specialized in whole food cooking, pastry, gluten-free cooking, nutrition, and therapeutic cooking.
