Join us at Midway Community Kitchen on September 26th at 7pm for a 6 course, Farm To Table Foodie Adventure! Early bird tickets are available for $44.99.

Owner and operator Kathy Ellis Gunn started Midway Community Kitchen in Chapel Hill as a way to get people excited about cooking again. This venue holds specifically crafted cooking classes, private dinners and serves as a meeting space. Kathy and her team have deep roots and connections with local farmers within the Triangle and are ready to share the beauty of their bounty with our diners. This dinner will be fresh, seasonal and local!

First course: Charred Eggplant Baba Ganoush with Country Bread

Second course: Salmorejo with Chopped Farm Egg and Ham

Third course: Shaved Fennel with Sheep’s Milk Feta and Greek Olives

Fourth course: Roasted Red Potato and Arugula Salad

Fifth course: Paprika Chicken Pinchos with Romesco

Sixth course: Cardamon Ice Cream with Almond Shortbread

Included Alcoholic Beverage: 2015 Raats Chenin Blanc, South Africa
