The Farmhouse Chef: Cookbook Release Party & Demonstration

To celebrate the release of her cookbook, The Farmer's Chef, Triangle Bailliage Maître Restaurateur Jamie DeMent will demonstrate a selection of recipes at Midway Community Kitchen in Chapel Hill on Sunday, October 22nd at 4:30PM.

The menu will include three appetizers, one salad, two main courses, one vegetable side dish, and one dessert.  All paired with exquisite wines, along with commentary and stories by the author, of course!

Cookbooks will be available for sale at the event.
