It’s hard not to love cheese, right? Learn more about how it’s made and why different types are made by joining Amy Baum, Certified Cheese Professional®, on a romp through the cheese-making continents. She’ll give you a background of cheesemaking from personal experience working on farms and in caves in Europe and the US. You’ll taste your way through an assortment of milk types and flavors, learn to identify characteristics that pair well with beverages and accompaniments, and better understand how to create your own magnificent pairings for your next party (or Tuesday night!). Amy approaches cheese with a passion and considers no opinion wrong. Come prepared to talk, taste, and love cheese in a deeper way.

Included in the class will be beverage pairings and food accompaniments, as well as a plate with all cheeses discussed during the class.
