This class will be led by chef and wine expert Teresa Fox, whose experience as a chef, restaurant consultant, and sommelier spans over many decades in various venues of the food industry. She is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City where she studied under renowned chefs such as Jacques Pepin and Andre Soltner.
