Is a gluten-free lifestyle right for you? Learn all the myths and realities surrounding gluten in this informative and delicious cooking class led by Michelle Aronson of the Farmbelly Cooking School. During this hands-on workshop, we will dig into the following:

  • What is Gluten? Understanding the difference between Celiac Disease, gluten sensitivity, and wheat allergies.

  • Stocking a gluten free pantry

  • Gluten free baking tips

This is a hands-on cooking class, as we will also prepare a delicious menu of gluten-free favorites, and the class will end with a seated family-style meal.
