Let the good times roll! Join us at Midway for a Mardi Gras demonstration-style cooking class with Claudia Sanders, an Mississippi native, cooking authentic Creole food for Fat Tuesday. Claudia is a an amazing advocate for our local farmers, and a majority of the ingredients will be sourced directly from the farmers’ market.

The menu is full of Mardi Gras favorites – from Shrimp (or Mushroom for vegetarians) Etouffee, Bananas Foster, French 75's, and a Baby Spinach Salad with Hardboiled Eggs, Garlic Croutons and Remoulade Dressing.
