Get inspired by the colors and flavors of spring! This 100% hands-on class features an engaging knife skills lesson, cooking with herbs 101, how to make homemade vinaigrettes (without needing a recipe), as well as mastering the art of making healthy, nourishing, and flavor-filled soups. If you're looking for the inspiration and confidence to cook vibrant, nourishing meals in the new year, then this is the class for you! This hands-on class will be led by farmer and chef Michelle Aronson, of Farmbelly.

Together we will make two colorful, seasonal salads and one delicious soup, using all local produce from our area’s best farmers, which we will all enjoy during a seated dinner after cooking together.

  • Spring Farmers’ Market Salad with Sugar Snap Peas, Radishes & Fennel with Pistachios & Lemon Vinaigrette

  • Roasted Beet & Quinoa Salad with Walnuts & Orange-Za’atar Vinaigrette
