Tapas, Spain's version of appetizers, are usually served as bar food to hold off hunger until dinner.  But put a few of these small plates together and they make a delicious meal on their own.  Chef Amanda Cushman walks you through the process in this hands on class, teaching you the skills needed to make Garlic Shrimp with Chilies; Potato Prosciutto Croquettes; Crostini with Portobello, Arugula, Roasted Peppers and Aioli; Spanish Beef Skewers with Romesco Sauce and Flatbreads with Chèvre and Olives.  After cooking together, sit down to enjoy a great meal with a Spanish wine picked especially to compliment the flavors you've created.  One glass included with price of ticket, more available to purchase.
